Quadrant Homes, a subsidiary of the
Weyerhaeuser Corporation is one of the largest
manufactured home producers in the Pacific
Northwest. Unfortunately though, as one of the
leading producers, Quadrant Homes also leads
the industry in unethical and environmentally
harmful practices. Quadrant Home's misleading
marketing of "green" building products and
homes, in fact contain wood from endangered
forests in Grassy Narrows traditional territory in
Northern Ontario, Canada.

One of the many regions the Weyerhaeuser Corporation is destroying is located in Northern
Ontario, Canada, where vast tracks of endangered forest land, of which is also traditional territory
of the Grassy Narrows Indigenous First Nation, are being raped of Life without the consent of the
indigenous communities that have lived there for thousands of years. Quadrant Home's is turning
American Dreams into a Native Nightmare!
Join the Seattle Rainforest Action Group this Wednesday, January 24th, where we will bring
attention to the issues at hand & once again demand that Quadrant Homes and Quadrant Home's
president Peter Orser respect indigenous rights, and stop use of timber stolen from indigenous
traditional territories! If you would like to join us, could definitely use your support and help!
We will be offering a free carpool from Seattle and will have a rendezvous point in Bellevue (See
bellow for directions & maps). But if you are coming from elsewhere or would like to arrange
carpool, just let us know. But please RSVP if you can so we can get an estimate for turnout at the
